Information Services provides a wide variety of Information Technology (IT) client services to all City agencies.

The division is comprised of four distinct sections:

• Administration is responsible for the overall management of the Office.
• Applications Programming provides design, development and continued support of specialized computer applications, data, and database
• Computer Operations maintains the Information Services Division supported applications and related servers and peripherals 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  This section is also responsible for the City Mail Center operation.
• Technical Services is responsible for IT asset management and software distribution, desktop support, enterprise Exchange/Outlook e-mail and calendaring support, the City's centralized help desk, enterprise NT server administration, enterprise IT security, and Intranet and Internet services.
