The Technology Director's office provides expert guidance and advice on all technology concerns. The technology office works to strengthen interdepartmental cooperation, explore partnerships to create technology synergies and investigate procurement opportunities through volume purchasing. The office is responsible for city-wide information technology management policy, procedures and standards, and for the development of uniform information resource management policies, principles and guidelines.
